Making fresh juice at home sounds appealing, but the reality of using a juicer every day can be less convenient than expected. Chopping produce, assembling the machine, dealing with pulp, and cleaning multiple components can quickly turn a healthy habit into a time-consuming kitchen chore. Puraflows is a newer wellness-oriented brand attempting to solve some of those practical problems with a compact cold-press juicer designed around convenience.
The centerpiece of the Puraflows lineup is the Auramist Cold Press Juicer. The company says it developed the machine through more than 12 months of research and development, 30+ real-life juicing scenarios, and evaluations of more than 40 machines before production. Its design emphasizes a 6-inch feed chute, cold-press extraction, dishwasher-safe components, relatively quiet operation, and a simplified assembly and cleaning process.

Is Puraflows Worth Buying?
Whether Puraflows is worth buying depends largely on what you expect from a cold-press juicer. If your priority is an accessible machine with a modern design, a large feed chute, straightforward controls, and features intended to reduce the friction of regular juicing, the Auramist deserves consideration. If you are an experienced juicing enthusiast looking for the longest possible track record, extensive speed controls, or a premium machine from a decades-old manufacturer, there are more established alternatives to consider.
The Auramist currently appears on the Puraflows website at $149.99, reduced from a listed $249.99. The machine uses a slow cold-press system operating at 50 RPM, has a 300W rated motor with up to 600W peak power, and includes a 6-inch feed chute. The manufacturer also lists a 2-liter feed chute, 1,000ml juice container, 1,000ml pulp container, stainless-steel body components, and dishwasher-safe removable parts.
The large feed chute is one of the most practical features. One of the biggest inconveniences of smaller juicers is the amount of preparation required before ingredients can be processed. Puraflows specifically designed the Auramist around a 6-inch opening to reduce the need to cut fruits and vegetables into very small pieces. That does not mean that every ingredient can simply be thrown in whole, but it can make preparation less demanding.
How does Puraflows compare to competitors?
The cold-press juicer market includes several well-established names, including Omega, Hurom, Kuvings, Tribest, and Nama. These companies have considerably more history in the category and, in some cases, extensive product ecosystems built around slow juicing. Puraflows is a much newer entrant, so its main point of differentiation is not decades of brand heritage but an attempt to offer useful cold-press features at a more approachable price.
Compared with premium machines from established brands, the Auramist focuses on simplicity. Its controls are straightforward, its 6-inch chute is designed to reduce preparation, and its removable components are intended to make cleanup less intimidating. This can be particularly attractive to someone buying their first cold-press juicer who does not necessarily need a large number of settings.
The trade-off is that more established competitors can provide a deeper history of customer ownership and, depending on the model, more sophisticated controls or specialized juicing systems. Plumosity specifically noted that Puraflows does not yet have the long-term customer history of brands such as Omega, Hurom, Kuvings, Tribest, and Nama.
